Fear turned into courage

This testimony comes from a woman in Pakistan who watched Arab Vision's Women in the Bible in Urdu.

I grew up feeling lost and always doubted the value of my life. At 25, I faced failures that left me feeling depressed and isolated.

One evening I randomly watched Women in the Bible. I was touched by seeing how God also loves women and that He has chosen us. I decided to give Him a chance. I opened the Bible and read about God's unconditional love and something changed in me. Gradually, I started praying daily, even when I didn't feel like it.

Over time, I experienced a peace I had never known before. I forgave those who had hurt me, including myself. My relationships with family and friends improved as I learned patience and compassion.

I also started helping children in my neighbourhood, and that gave me purpose. Every morning, I remind myself that God's plan is bigger than my fears. Today, I am more confident and hopeful and don't constantly doubt myself. My faith has strengthened me so much, I could never have imagined. Recently, I started a small business, trusting God's guidance. Every challenge now feels like an opportunity.

I have learnt to listen more than speak. Prayer has become my refuge during stress. I celebrate the small victories even though I am not perfect. My heart is open to love and kindness. God has turned my fear into courage. Life has meaning again and I want to inspire others to trust Him. I am grateful for every moment, knowing that I am never alone. My journey has taught me that faith really can bring healing.
