Never too little!

Never too little and other delightful Bible stories for children

Time and again, we observed that there are far too few appealing Arabic-language programmes that tell Bible stories in a way that is appealing to (young) children. 

And then at a conference in Atlanta in the US, I found a book stand with super cute Bible stories for kids. I bought a few and asked if I could contact the illustrator to ask for the rights so we could produce (semi)animated videos from them. 

As it turned out, The Good Book Company is headquartered in England and they wanted to share the rights with us, without payment! The illustrator also agreed. And so we started the process of translating a series of children's books into 2D animated videos, with an Arabic narrator of course. Here is the pilot, the first step.

Stories we will be making to children aged between 3 and 8 in this way include: The house that fell apart, The little man who got a big heart, Never too little The boy who shared his sandwich, The daddy who never gave up.

We are producing the series in Egyptian Arabic, which most people in the Arab world understand. Then we will add other languages and Arabic dialects spoken in the Middle East, North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.

Would you like to help make these videos and introduce Arab children to the Gospel in a fun way? It will cost us 300 euros per story to make it into a video to be distributed through Sunday school programmes, satellite TV and social media platforms.
