Our programme Hope for Tomorrow on domestic violence and sexual harassment changes lives. The first season is mainly about domestic violence and sexual harassment. The second season of Hope for tomorrow breaks many taboos. Episodes include child marriage, human trafficking and incest (Each season consists of 13 20-minute episodes).

When Leila was a child, she was raped by her brother. After that first time, many of her relatives abused her, and this led to a sex addiction in her. Because she had a problem with her leg from childhood, she thought she would probably never get married. She was completely addicted to sex and saw no way out. Several times she considered ending her life. She watched our programme Hope for Tomorrow and contacted us. We talked to her about the Lord Jesus and assured her that He loves her. Leila prayed to God and asked Him to help her in this situation. 

Different episodes in the series Hope for Tomorrow are about child marriage. Poverty and war are the main reasons for child marriages. Because of poverty, people do desperate things to get money; because of war, there is more risk of girls being kidnapped, abused and raped. Parents mistakenly believe that marrying off their daughters early prevents sexual harassment. However, the opposite is true: a child-bride is often sexually abused in her marriage.

Marrying early greatly reduces the girl's chances of getting an education; she drops out of school and thus her personal development is hindered, continuing the cycle of poverty. Added to this, child marriage often endangers the girl's health.
