There are several ways to join or be involved in our work. Curious how?
Check out the different options. There is always something to suit you or your group. If you have your own ideas or would like tailored advice, please contact us.

Schools

Teach children to look at the Arab world in a different way than through what they see through the Youth News and Social Media. Arab Vision makes programmes about children and for children and we want to reach young and old with the good news that Jesus loves them.
We visit schools and take in the Arabic atmosphere, watching a film, doing a quiz, putting on Oriental clothes and tasting Arabic snacks. Together with the school team, we pick a production that connects with children and make an action plan.

Getting started

In various ways, children can raise money for this cause. For example by:

1. Collect empty bottles and cans and return the deposit at school
2. Washing cars, mowing grass, sweeping the pavement, doing the dishes - in short, small chores for which you get a fee
3. Organising a sponsored run at or near the school
4. Baking cakes, biscuits, cakes and selling them to people in your area
5. A challenge where you put your talent to use. If you can read well upside down, swim laps for an hour, hold a ball high for a long time, draw fast, do magic, do 100 x push-ups, sing nonstop or something else, turn your talent into a challenge that allows people to give you money for the performance.

For primary schools and children's services / Sunday school, we have a toolkit Never too small! with ideas to raise money together for children in the Arab world. Because you are Never too small! to make a difference!

Churches

Activities

- Organise a theme Sunday on the Arab world, ask here for material.
- Invite us as speakers to talk about the Arab world and our work.
- Organise a movie night for young people. You watch the translated episode of one of the young heroes from the Bible or a film and discuss it. For the film, they 'buy' a ticket whose proceeds are earmarked for a (new) project. Films like: Gamila or Signs of hope in a divided world. The Living Overcame Death, Marcus or Tabitha.

Collection

Put Arab Vision on your collection schedule. Request information through a flyer, powerpoint, poster or materials for children's work. We have a video with an impression of our work to show during the collection and texts and images to share in announcements. Or invite us for a personal presentation during the service or meeting of the diaconate / mission work group.

For the destination of your collection, you can choose a production or indicate: Where most needed. Simply transfer here. Please remember to include the name of your church, congregation and hometown. Companies

We love working with small and bigger companies to make a big difference for people in the Arab world who do not yet know Jesus. We share hope, faith and love with people who need it. Together with other companies and entrepreneurs, you can become a partner of Business for Change, for lasting impact.

You can support our work with a financial contribution, but also by sponsoring a concrete project or sharing your expertise e.g. in the field of media or communication.

We appreciate it when you provide a service to raise wider awareness of our work. For example, we were donated radio seconds for a radio spot on a Dutch Christian Radio channel.

Personal

Become an Arab Vision ambassador and make our work known in your church, circle and to your friends.

Organise an evening in your church or home about the Arab world and invite us as a speaker.
Been a friend of Arab Vision for years? Come help at our booth and engage with people about the urgency of sharing the gospel in the Arab world.
Hold a collection for Arab Vision in your wedding or anniversary service, or on your birthday.
Receive from us a large collection bowl from Tunisia to collect the money in. (colours and patterns vary)
Organise a fundraising event to make one of our projects possible
Sign up as a volunteer and support us in ICT, administration, presentations/stand work or social media.
